TREMS & CONDITIONS
01 Cheques / Drafts to be issued in favour of "MAXCITY DEVELOPER PVT. LTD. " Payable at Delhi / New Delhi . Outstation cheque shall not be accepted.
02 Timely payment schedule is the essence of the agreement.
03 Registration, stamp duty and charges shall be payable at the time of of possession by the buyer.
04 The Above areas are super built up areas which include covered area plus proportionate common areas such as shafts corridors, passages, lifts, staircase, mumties, projections, underground & overhead water tank , lift rooms, generator room, transformer areas etc.
05 Price, terms and conditions states herein are merely indicative with a view to azquaint the applicant and are not exhaustive. For detailed terms and conditions please refer to the Flat Purchase Agreement.
06 All Floor plans layout plans, super area and specification are indicative and subject to change as decided by the company, architect or competent authority.

Service Tax shall be paid by the buyer as Govt. regulations.

Individual electric meter connection charges extra .
